Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using LaterPing ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Permitted Use
LaterPing is for legitimate business follow-up purposes — sales outreach, payment collection, contract renewals, and similar professional communications. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass individuals, or violate any applicable law including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate basis to contact your recipients. You must honour unsubscribe requests and not add recipients who have opted out. You are responsible for the content of your follow-up messages.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The free plan includes a limited number of active pings. The Pro plan is billed monthly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renews automatically. You may cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed follow-ups caused by outages, delivery failures, or third-party email provider issues. For time-sensitive communications, do not rely solely on LaterPing.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaterPing is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
