Delete your LaterPing account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the app or on the web. You don't need to contact us.

In the app

  1. Open LaterPing and go to the Account tab.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. You're signed out and the account is deleted.

On the web

  1. Sign in at laterping.com and open your Profile.
  2. Under Delete Account, choose Delete Account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Forgot your password? Reset it, then follow the steps above. If you can't get into your account at all, email support@laterping.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, password and settings.
  • Your follow-ups, contacts, templates, messages, replies and attachments.
  • Your sign-in sessions, connected devices and push notification tokens.

Scheduled follow-ups stop. Deletion can't be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy.

What isn't deleted

  • Emails already sent to the people you followed up with stay in their inboxes. We can't remove those.
  • Feedback you sent us, and the purchase notices Apple and Google send us about subscriptions, are kept without your account attached.
  • Anonymised usage statistics, which can't be linked back to you, may be kept. See the privacy policy.

As the privacy policy says, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a LaterPing Pro subscription. Apple and Google bill it, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
