What it is

LaterPing follows up until someone actually replies. It sends follow-ups to the person you're waiting on, repeats and escalates them if they go quiet, and tells you when they respond.

How it works

  • You create a follow-up: who it's to, what you need, and when to start.
  • The other person gets it by email, with a page where they can reply, acknowledge, mark it done or suggest a different time. They don't need an account.
  • If they don't respond, LaterPing follows up again on your schedule and steps up the tone: soft, then firmer, then a final notice.
  • Follow-ups are spaced: at least 12 hours apart on the same follow-up, and no more than 3 a day from you to the same person.
  • You're notified when they respond. Every ask and reply is timestamped.
  • Every email has an unsubscribe link, and people who unsubscribe aren't contacted again.

Who it's for

Anyone who waits on other people: freelancers chasing invoices or feedback, small businesses chasing payments and documents, teams chasing approvals, and anyone whose "I'll get back to you" never comes back.

Platforms

What LaterPing doesn't do

  • It doesn't write your messages for you.
  • It isn't an email client or a CRM.
  • It doesn't take payments, charge late fees or act as a collections service.
  • It can't make anyone reply — it makes sure the follow-up happens.

Privacy

  • Your data is used only to run LaterPing. It isn't sold and isn't used for advertising.
  • Recipient email addresses are used only to deliver the follow-ups you set up.
  • You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
  • Data is sent over HTTPS and passwords are hashed.
